Directions

As a dietary supplement take 2-3 times daily. To assess tolerance take 1-2 caplets, 2-3 times daily. The first dose should be taken in AM before breakfast, and the second dose before lunch and the final dose before dinner. Very experienced user may take 3-4 caplets, 2-3 times daily. Do not exceed recommended dose.

Do not use if you are pregnant, contemplating pregnancy, or lactating, if you are at risk or are being treated for high blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid, liver, or psychiatric diseases. Use this product with caution if you have a history of cold sores or are taking medication for high blood pressure, heart disease or erectile dysfunction. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poision control center immediately.
