Chitosan is a positively charged dietary fiber that is extracted from the shells of crustaceans. Its positive charge causes it to be "lipophilic," meaning that it binds to negatively charged fatty acids, including cholesterol. Our product is formulated withi LipoSan Ultra. LipoSan Ultra is designed to dissolve in stomach acid in just one minute.
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules with meals 1-2 times daily. Refrain from taking Chitosan 4 hours before or after the ingestion of fat soluble vitamins (I.e. A, D, E, K) or any medications. Not to be used by pregnant or lactating women.
